Booking Terms & Conditions
To confirm your booking we will ask that you accept our terms and conditions, which includes information on our cancellation policy.
PAYMENT OF DEPOSITS
A deposit of £5 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your table at Coffee & Dice.
If you, or those in your party, hold a valid Coffee & Dice membership card that individual will be entitled to a 25% discount off their game time. Children under the age of 12 also have a discounted rate of £2.50. These discount can be taken off your first food/drink purchase, or given as a cash refund upon arrival before being seated at your table. All credit/debit card payments are securely handled by an industry leading payment processor and are not stored by Coffee & Dice Ltd. We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Please be aware that by completing your reservation, you are accepting our terms and conditions. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. You can edit reservations up to a week before you're due to visit, so changing the date, time or number attending is no problem. If you do not show up for your booking your deposit will not be refunded. We ask all our guests to arrive 5 minutes before the time stated on your booking confirmation. However we understand that hold up's happen - so we'll hold your table for up to an hour. Please let us know as soon as possible if you're running late by giving us a call on 01202 309938.
If you arrive more than 60 minutes after your reservation start time we cannot guarantee your table. Reducing the party size of your booking will forfeit the deposits of each person who is not attending. Increasing the party size prior to arrival requires an additional deposit per additional guest that, in most circumstances will be added to your bill at time of arrival. Please note, we cannot guarantee availability for additional guests after your initial booking has been confirmed. Deposits are taken by credit or debit card. This can be done online a week prior to your visit.
As a licensed venue we require children to have appropriate responsible adult supervision at all times when visiting Coffee & Dice. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy so please be ready to show your ID. No refunds for game time will be eligible in the circumstance that appropriate ID was unable to be produced. Our staff reserve the right to deny the sale or provision of alcohol to any individual.
