We hope you are delighted with your game from Coffee & Dice. But we understand there may be times you want to return items. By law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days beginning with the day you receive it. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
To return your game email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the item, your purchase reference and reason for the return. Please post the item to the below address;

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn't returned in new, unopened condition.
Coffee & Dice charge £7.00 postage and packaging per order. Items will be received within 5 working days.

Coffee & Dice offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All orders for products and services in the Coffee & Dice Website are accepted by Coffee & Dice Ltd (hereby referred to as “Coffee & Dice”) subject to these terms and conditions of sale. No other terms will apply to the supply of products and services by Coffee & Dice or expressly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions of sale.
All descriptions of the products and services contained in the Coffee & Dice online store or otherwise communicated are approximate only and shall not form any part of the contract between Coffee & Dice and the Customer. Coffee & Dice shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the online store. The advertising of products and services in Coffee & Dice online store is not an offer capable of acceptance, it merely constitutes an invitation by Coffee & Dice to make an offer to purchase products and services.
Any change in the description or price of a product or service, after placing an order, shall be communicated to the customer before the order is processed. If this is not suitable a replacement or refund will be offered.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Coffee & Dice is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information gathered on this website is used solely for the efficient use of order processing. We protect the privacy of this information by using highly secure password protected servers.
Personal information will not be divulged to any third party without your consent. The safety and confidentiality of log-in details (user name and password), and any activity occurring whilst logged in is the responsibility of individual users. All necessary steps to keep this information secure should be taken, and if you suspect that your log-in details have been made known to any other person(s) please contact us immediately.
All payments are made directly to online payments provider Stripe, the details entered are not made available to Coffee & Dice Ltd.

You will be submitting an order for the products you indicate in the order form when you click on the place order button on the order page on the secure server. All orders will incorporate our terms of sale, by placing an order you are indicating that you agree to these terms.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Coffee & Dice has made every reasonable endeavour to accurately detail all product descriptions, images and technical specifications. In the event of an incorrect price or product specification shown on this Site, Coffee & Dice is not obliged to fulfil any orders placed at the incorrect price, or supply products to fulfil an incorrect product specification.
SECTION 6 - PRICE POLICY
All prices stated are for new products and will be invoiced in UK Sterling (UK£/GBP) inclusive of United Kingdom Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. Availability of any item cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Consumers will be notified of any price changes before orders are processed and have the opportunity to cancel the order if wanted.
SECTION 7 - METHODS OF PAYMENT
Customers can make payment on the Coffee & Dice website via online payments provider Stripe.
SECTION 8 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE
You will be notified by e-mail when your order is submitted to us. A short time later you will be contacted by phone or receive another e-mail giving you an approximate delivery date. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when payment has been received by Coffee & Dice. Coffee & Dice reserves the right to decline to trade with any company or person. In addition, Coffee & Dice may decline to accept any order by giving notice of non-acceptance to the Customer by telephone or email within a reasonable period of receipt by Coffee & Dice of the order.
SECTION 9 - PRODUCT SHORTAGES
In the event that we are unable to complete an order due to unforeseen product shortages, a full refund will be provided if the payment has already been processed, or at the customer’s option the item(s) may be put on back order to be fulfilled when Coffee & Dice next has available stock.
SECTION 10 - DELIVERY
Your order will not be dispatched until we have received satisfactory authorisation of payment. Our obligation is to deliver the product to the delivery address as specified in your order, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate access for the delivery vehicle. Delivery time may be affected by the time it takes to authorise your payment. Delivery will not be possible on public holidays. We may use an independent carrier to deliver your goods.
If there is no one to accept the delivery of your order a card will be left by the carrier. It will be your responsibility to arrange a new delivery time with the carrier. Ultimately if the carrier is unable to deliver the order it will be returned to us and you will incur a further charge for it to be re-dispatched. A copy of our courier's terms and conditions can be requested.
We may deliver the products at any time during the day. In the event that any order is delayed Coffee & Dice will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage that this delay may cause.
We are able to deliver products to addresses in the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland or any location outside the British Isles, however please contact us for an accurate delivery price.
SECTION 11 - INCREASED DELIVERY CHARGE
We may debit your account for more than the amount stated in the total cost to reflect any increase in the delivery charge for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Any cost increase will be fair, proportionate and subject to your prior approval.
Consumers will be notified of any increased delivery charge ASAP and have the opportunity to cancel the order if wanted.
SECTION 12 - INSPECTION
The customer must inspect the products as soon as is reasonably possible after delivery and shall, within 7 working days of the date of delivery, give notice to Coffee & Dice detailing:
1) Any defect in the product that is apparent on reasonable examination. In this case Coffee & Dice shall, at their own discretion, replace the products or refund their purchase price. In an event the Customer must refuse parcels delivered in a damaged condition.
2) Any shortfall in products delivered. In this case Coffee & Dice will, at its discretion, deliver the undelivered products or refund the price of the undelivered products.
There is no set time-scale applied.
SECTION 13 - RETURNS POLICY
In the event that you wish to return any items ordered from Coffee & Dice, you must in the first instance contact Coffee & Dice via telephone or email. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer and Coffee & Dice are not liable to refund the cost of any return shipping.

SECTION 14 - RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the Customer on delivery. Ownership of the products shall not pass to the Customer until all sums due to Coffee & Dice from the Customer for those products have been received by Coffee & Dice (in cash or cleared funds).
SECTION 15 - LIABILITY
Coffee & Dice shall not be under any liability for damage, losses (whether direct, indirect or consequential), expenses, liabilities, injuries, loss of profits, business or economic loss, depletion of goodwill, costs (including legal costs), claims, demands, proceedings, judgements or otherwise resulting from the failure to give advice or information or the giving of incorrect advice or information whether or not due to its negligence or that of its employees, agents or sub-contractors. This does not affect your statutory rights.
SECTION 16 - FORCE MAJEURE
Coffee & Dice reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the contract or reduce the volume of the goods ordered if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes, or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials.
SECTION 17 - DATA PROTECTION
The processing of personal data is governed by the Data Protection Act 1998. Any personal data you provide will be held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will use your personal data for the purpose(s) in relation to which you have provided it. We may however need to disclose personal data to a third party so that they can provide the service you have requested. We may additionally need to disclose information where there is a legitimate reason for disclosure (such as a court order) but we will ensure that we always comply with the Data Protection Act. Any information about you that we pass to a third party will be held securely by that party, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and used only to provide services or information you have requested.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Private Consumers please note these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
